Please read these terms carefully before purchasing our products or services. By purchasing our products or services, you accept and agree to our Template Policy, site Terms and Conditions, and Privacy Policy
Intellectual Property
Our Site, products and services contain intellectual property owned by us and/or by third parties that license the content to us (“Third-Party Licensed Intellectual Property”). This includes, without limitation, trademarks, copyrights, proprietary information, designs, patents, and other intellectual property rights, as well as business names, logos, images, designs, text, videos, audio files, graphics, other files, and software (“Content”). Your access to and use of our Site, products (including digital products), services, and Content does not grant or transfer any rights, title, or interest to you in relation to any of the above.
Template Installation
Templates will be installed on a new Squarespace 7.1 site and then transferred to your Squarespace account within 2 business days. The template will be built just like the demo with the placeholder images & text shown. You are responsible for replacing all the demo content and editing the site. If you make any accidental changes, we are not able to come back into the site and reverse it.

Please understand that while we do our best to install each template within 2 business days, we cannot guarantee that it won’t take longer due to unforeseen circumstances.
Reinstallation
If you want the template installed again for any reason (e.g. you made accidental changes or didn’t upgrade to the paid plan in time), you will need to repurchase the template so that a new one can be prepared and sent.
Email Invitation Delivery
You will receive an email invitation link within 2 business days of purchasing your template. If you have not received an email invitation within this time frame, kindly contact us on our website and request an invitation to be sent. Failure to accept the invitation or request a new one within 7 days of purchase will result in the template being considered delivered and no refunds or further invitations will be provided.
Refunds
Due to the digital nature of these templates, they cannot be refunded, returned, or exchanged. No refunds will be given once an order has been received and processed. Please ensure that you have viewed the template demo, features, requirements, and all accompanying information prior to making a purchase. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us before you make any purchases.
Email Support
If you have any template-related questions after purchase, we are more than happy to help you with your new template. You will have up to 45 days of email support available from date of purchase. Kindly submit a support ticket on our website.
Respectful communication is important to us. We reserve the right to suspend support without notice for any disrespectful behaviour, unreasonable demands, or misuse of our system.

Copyright + Licensing
Each purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-seat license to the template. This means that you may use the template for only one website. To use the template more than once, you must purchase a separate license (template) for each website.
Prohibited Use
✗ You may not share, resell, duplicate, or exploit the template in whole or in part.
✗ You may not use, adapt, or represent our templates or designs as if they were created by you.
✗ You may not create any derivative work or offer competing offerings based on information contained in your purchase.
You understand that engaging in unauthorised use of our offerings is considered theft, and we reserve the right to prosecute it as a civil and/or criminal offense.
Demo Images
Images used in the templates are sourced from Unsplash and Pexels. Any imagery provided with the template is for demonstration purposes only and is copyrighted to its original creator. It is your responsibility to replace these images with your own / source images yourself. We hold no liability for any image licensing / copyright issues that may occur through your unlawful use of the supplied images.
Site Credit
The site credit in the footer must show either “Template Design” or “Site Design” with a live hyperlink to www.sophiewuthrich.com. Removing the footer design credit without our prior authorisation is strictly prohibited. You may not, in any circumstance, claim or promote our website template designs as your own work.
20% Discount and 6-month Trial
When you purchase a template from us, you will automatically get an extended 6-month Squarespace trial and a 20% discount on the first year of your annual Squarespace subscription. If you remove us from your website permissions before upgrading your new site to the paid plan, you will no longer be eligible for the discount.
It is your responsibility to upgrade to the paid plan (Business Plan minimum) before the trial runs out. If you do not upgrade before the trial expires, Squarespace will mark your website for permanent deletion and you will be required to repurchase the template if you want it reinstalled.
Kindly note that changes or availability in the discount or extended trial are determined by Squarespace, and we cannot be held liable or responsible for any modifications or unavailability.
Browser Compatibility and Device Sizes
Although we aim to make our templates compatible across most browsers and device sizes, we cannot guarantee that templates and designs will appear identical across all browsers and devices. Templates are tested across the latest version of modern browsers, such as Chrome, and the most common screen sizes. It is your responsibility to test the demo template on your preferred browsers and devices to make sure it suits your needs.
Template Access and Responsibility
We reserve the right to discontinue our offerings at any time in the future, for any reason.
Template designs are sold as-is. We are not required to reinstall the template if a newer version or design is released. We cannot guarantee lifetime updates to the content if the template has been retired or removed from the store, or if it will no longer be updated.
We do our best to ensure that your experience of our templates are free of interruptions. However, due to the digital nature of our offerings, we cannot guarantee that your access will not be restricted periodically to make way for repairs, maintenance, or updates.
We will not be held liable for refunds or damages, should our offerings be rendered inaccessible to you due to network failures, server overload, backup procedures, or other similar reasons.
As the account holder, you are solely responsible for covering all expenses associated with your Squarespace account. This includes but is not limited to costs related to domains, hosting, monthly plans, annual plans, email accounts, and any other services provided by Squarespace. Please ensure that you review and understand the pricing details for the services you choose to utilise, as these costs will be your responsibility.
Third-party Apps
We cannot be held liable or responsible for any updates to Squarespace, or changes in browser technology and web applications that may impact your website, embedded third-party applications, or custom code. We cannot guarantee that our templates will be compatible with future updates or versions of Squarespace or any other third-party services. Any issues resulting from the above may incur additional charges for our services to resolve.
We are not liable for any hosting, development, maintenance, or other third-party services.
Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall we be held liable for any damages that may arise from the use of our offerings. Our liability is limited to the fullest possible extent permitted by law.
Legal Pages
You have sole duty and responsibility to ensure all website terms and conditions, and privacy policy legal documents comply with state and federal laws. We shall be held harmless if you fail to place necessary legal pages on your website.
Disclaimers
We do not guarantee results or potential earnings, nor will we be held responsible for legal or financial consequences of your purchase.
Lawful Purposes
You agree to access and use our templates and supplementary resources for legitimate and lawful purposes only. This means that you shall not use our offerings in a manner that infringes the rights of others, encourages hate or crime, or constitutes fraud.
We reserve the right to revoke your access to our offerings if you violate these terms and policies.
We also reserve the right to investigate complaints and reported violations and take any action we deem necessary or appropriate. This includes but is not limited to reporting any suspected unlawful activity to law enforcement and disclosing any information as needed.
Force Majeure
We will not be liable to you for any failure or delay in performance if it is caused by acts or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Our failure or delay will not constitute a breach of this agreement if they are caused by any of the following, without limitation:
Natural disasters (e.g. flood, fire, earthquake)
Civil unrest and armed conflict (e.g. war, invasion, terrorism, riot)
Disease outbreak (e.g. pandemic, epidemic)
Labor dispute (e.g. lockout, strike)
Technological breakdown (e.g. server failure, power outage)
Indemnification
You agree to absolve us of liability or loss that you may incur as a result of your reliance on the information from our offerings. We will also not be liable to you for any type of damages that arise from your use of our templates.
Release of Claims
We will not be held liable to any party for any type of damages from the use or reliance on our offerings. You agree to release us from all claims, including but not limited to:
Loss of revenue, anticipated profits, savings, or goodwill
Theft, deletion, or corruption of confidential information
Personal or business interruptions
Misapplication of information
Provision or failure to provide services
Since some states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability, these may not apply to you. If you are dissatisfied with the template or any portion of it, your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue its use.
Currency
All prices listed on our website are in Australian Dollars ($AUD).
